The Wellness Supports team engages people on campus by strengthening individual and community mental health and wellbeing, providing support, connection, education and choice.
The team strives to provide holistic, inclusive, and equitable support, including, ranging from individual support, community programming, and training.

The 2023-24 Days of Action Collaboration form is now active. If your student group would like to be involved with events this year please fill out this form.
Developed as a way to support students during stressful times, Unwind Your Mind transforms campus libraries into spaces that make it easier for students to be well physically, socially, and emotionally. The initiative has been designed to foster student connectedness and bring resources to where students are studying.
